Lawyer graduated in the University of Buenos Aires School of Law Degree, 1977; Gold Medal to the most qualified student, 1977; Admitted to the Buenos Aires Bar, 1978; former Associate Professor of Maritime Law, Buenos Aires University, and Full Professor of the Museo Social University of Buenos Aires; Member of the Executive Council of the Comité Maritime International (www.comitemaritime.org); Member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Association of Maritime Law; Director of the Editing Committee of the Revista de Estudios Marítimos (Magazine of Maritime Studies); Officer of the Argentine Branch of the Iberoamerican Institute of Maritime Law; Invited Speaker in several Seminars and Congresses locally and abroad; author of many articles and of the book "Handbook of insurance in the foreign trade". Director of other two books. Major Marine Casualties, including collisions and strandings, marine insurance, salvage, general average, charter parties and volume contracts, ship sale and purchase, shipbuilding. Recognized maritime Arbitrator.

Mr. Fernando Porcelli
