The fees could be agreed under three different conditions. The first one is the agreement on a lumpsum, which could be paid in an agreed a number of installments.

The second possibility is the so called "no cure, no pay", fixing a percentage on the quantity obtained or reduced by our intervention.

The third one depends on the time devoted to the case, known as "time and trouble". In this last case, the costs per hour are considerably lower than international ones.

We have recently accepted to combine the two latter methods, invoicing per time and trouble up to a fixed limit, adding an agreed success fee if a good result were obtained.
